No time to go gym?

No time to go gym? No problem.

I know you’re busy. Some days we all are!

That’s where HIIT can help.

HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training.

What does that mean?

I created a guide about HIIT which you can download by clicking here.

This is how you do it:

For every exercise you do, do it for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds.

That 20 seconds is to allow your body to rest so that you can push yourself hard again, but not so long that it fully recovers between sets.

If you’re a beginner,

You can do for 20 seconds and 40 seconds rest, or do it for 15 seconds and a 45 seconds rest.

You can start with just a few minutes of this and work your way up to 10 or 15 minutes at a time, based on how your body feels.

I suggest starting with three to five minutes of this interval workout a few days a week, and you can work your way up to 10 or 15 minutes a few times a week.

Benefits of HIIT:

  1. HIIT workouts are the kind that really turbocharge your metabolism.
  2. It doesn’t require great lengths of time.
  3. It can be done almost any place you can think of.
  4. You don’t need to go gym.
  5. No fancy equipments necessary!

Key Takeaway:

Here’s the truth about getting in the best shape of your life:

  • You don’t need a fancy gym.
  • You don’t need a personal trainer.
  • You don’t need to spend hours a day running or lifting weights.
  • It’s not too late! Really!

However, you DO need to work hard, train smart, and be consistent and that’s where HIIT can help you because it’s simple and effective.

Do any exercise you want intensely for no more than a minute and take a short period of break no more than 30 seconds and try doing 4 sets of it.

If you’re a beginner, start small and gradually go big.
