Here are the 5 Regrets most of the people have but don’t wanna tell anyone else.

1. “I wish that I’d let myself be happier”

How happy are you with your life, on a scale of 1  (“not at all”) – 10 (“incredibly happy”)?’

Life is short, and you only live once. So don’t wait anymore, just call one friend a day.

Simply put ” Just do it”.

Whatever you’re feeling, express it. I know it’s hard sometimes.

This is what I do when it’s hard to express my feelings.

1. First I get clear on my feelings.

2. Then I ask myself what’s the right thing to do.

3. I take a deep breath.

4. I use affirmations like “I can do it or I got this or it’s the right thing to do”.

This is one of the regret that most of the people admit while on their deathbed.

Some people are so involved in work that they become workoholic. It’s like being an alcoholic.

When you’re workoholic you tend to miss out on your family and your well being.

Balance your work and life by having some ground rules.

For example, No job related work after 8 pm or no job related talking in home.

5. “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me”

Are you really living your life on your terms? I mean do you get to decide what you wanna do?

Think about that for a second.

As we get older and progress through high school, our life becomes defined by the expectations set by other people.

So, take a moment right now and ask yourself, are you currently waiting to make your dream real because you’re too busy making the ends meet?
